If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or require a different size please contact us at info@renellaequestrian.com within 14 days of purchase and we will happily supply an exchange or refund. 
Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving goods back. Please retain proof of postage until refund has been processed.
